From the above description, I suspect that the issue might be due to Intel SSD.

First, how do you change the COM port number of the Intel AMT serial port? The COM number (COM3: for example) is assigned by the operating system, so you don’t see that is any AMT/BIOS/MEBx option. You have to go into Microsoft Windows Device Manager, go to the properties of the “Intel(R) Active Management Technology – SOL” port. A yellow exclamation mark on a PCI Serial Port in Device Manager. Why are you seeing it? The Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) drivers aren't installed. Intel active management technology download. Aug 05, 2012  The motherboard (Asus P8H67-M PRO) doesn't have Intel AMT but device manager still shows up with 'Other devices' -> 'PCI Serial Port' and the 'PCI Serial Port' becomes 'Intel Active Management Technology - SOL (COM3)'.

The drivers of Intel SSD might not be compatible with Windows 10. I suggest you to visit Intel SSD website and check and download the latest driver for Windows 10.

Also, I suggest you to perform clean boot and check.

I have two identical Asus ROG G75VW laptops, which both are upgraded from win 7 to 10, clean install, and they both have an SSHD 750gb.

And only one of the is acting up, like the one described above, but both have had the same method, clean install of win 10, and everything.

'10 minutes after the first boot of the day. it simply shuts down and reboots itself everytime with no fail..once it reboots I'am good to go all day with no PROBLEMS..this only happens with the first boot everytime.'

We would like to know more about this concern. Please provide the following information:

• Did you get the same concern after upgrading to Windows 10?
• Does it not give you any error message before the computer shuts off by itself?

Meanwhile, we recommend that you change your power plan on your computer by performing the following steps:

1. Press Windows Key + X, then choose Power Options.
2. Customize your power plan to either Balanced, or High Performance.
3. Click Change Plan setting if you want to change more the power setting.

Hello again

- The problem began, when I installed Win10, clean install, no problem with Win 7

- No, just shuts down, black screen, just like that, and restarts by itself, no problem reports or nothing, it doesn't matter if I watch netflix og play battlefield.

- it is on balanced.

but the other one, no problem, what so ever, and they are identical
